This statutory supplement can be used with any law school bankruptcy casebook. The 2023 edition includes the current Bankruptcy Code and related provisions of titles 18 and 28 of the United States Code, including the current bankruptcy court fee schedule, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, selected Official Forms and Director’s Bankruptcy Forms, related uniform laws, and the federal tax lien statute.
The 2023 edition differs from the 2022 edition in several respects. It eliminates the often-lengthy legislative history that followed each statutory section, which makes it easier to locate relevant material. Other changes include:
