A collection of uniform and federal laws used in sales and contracts courses. The collection includes UCC Articles 1, 2, 2A, 7, and A (with the 2022 amendments in strikeout/underline format), pertinent PEB commentaries, UETA, E-SIGN, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and regulations, and the CISG. Also includes the pre-2001 version of Article 1, to facilitate study of older cases.
